EK wesbite has them listed for 29th november so I assume retailers would be around then tooI don't look after blocks but last time I heard Rob mention them I think the ETA was around end of November.
The 4080 isn't a flagship though, it's only got 59% of the 4090 cuda cores. Under 60% is what every generation of **70 class cards have had and they usually cost around £5-600 so using the car analogy nvidia is trying to sell us a Skoda Citigo for Lambo money.

I shan't be considering any nvidia cards till pricing returns to sensible levels.No doubt 4070 and 4060 will jump in price do we have to consider these as flagships as well ?
Heard no such thing, sounds like total rumour to me. 4090 is already released and on the shelf with strong sales, no need for re-launch.
