what size dong did you pick when you created you V character? you need to pick the smallest one to remove the cpu bottleneck. This applies to female V also.

No doubt the 4090 sold well at release but most people who wanted one have probably got one by now so sales will not stay high for long while the 4080 flopped from the get go as there was no market for it.

You are probably right. The true enthusiasts have probably done their stuff and the initial surge of sales may well be over. Now we are collapsing in to the harsh reality - that the world teeters on the edge of a recession and few people are enthusiastic enough to spend £1000+ on a video card.

Those with the cash to spend should hold on for a while as no doubt there will be some good deals over the next year as recession bites and companies fight for customers.

There was also the double barrel of 1) initial launch is always harder to get new hardware and 2) last gen the lockdown + mining + scalping competition meant totally different conditions compared to now. Enthusiasts were probably not messing this time round so bought from the get go. Now we have the lull and unfortunate recession, people wont want to part with that much money.

Just saying, with how the economy works, ironically the general population not spending any money/tightenting their belts will actually push us into a recession.

I don't envy the guy trying to figure out which levers to pull to balance reigning in inflation, while not going head first into a recession.
 
I am pretty sure Nvidia are not worried about the 4080 not selling. They stated in the 3rd quarter earnings call that they had a strategy to clear all the 3080Ti and above stock by:
a) limiting delivery of 3000 series GPUs to retail in order to avoid cutting prices further
b) pricing the 4000 series high enough to co-exist with the 3000 series until the 3080Ti and above cards have sold through

They don't really mind a bunch of 4080s piling up as those that do sell now will have higher margins at the inflated pricing, and the ones that don't can always be sold later at a lower price.
 
Just asking So why on 720P ( DLSS PERFORMANCE ) rtx 3080 ti and 12700K have higher fps and better usage than rtx 4090 with 12700K (bottleneck )?

Why block? I want to know. When going to absurdly lower resolution which is 1440P <DLSS ULTRA PERFORMANCE which is not work because bottleneck> i am gettin the same fps like 3080 ti on the same settings. Why?
