It's an xx60 ti-level card woth a smaller chip/less silicon and wide margin of error in manufacture. If they sell at £1200, profit margin will be high.Maybe they want everyone to cave and buy a 5080 before the market is flooded with second hand 4090s
I would not he surprised at all if they launch 5080 first to take advantage of initial hype to move more units.
