NVIDIA 5000 SERIES

5070 at $550 looks decent.....

I would just caution Nvidia marketing tho...

is it a bit sus that the comparisons are showing things like 4090 with dlss3 vs 5090 with dlss4 when the 4090 going from dlss3 to 4 using single frame gen is getting a 10% increase as well

yeah i said this last night, the Cyberpunk video uses DLSS 3.5 on a 4090 and DLSS 4 on the 5090.. not sure why they wouldn't show DLSS 4 comparitively on both cards.

If not already posted?
The unlisted video they don't want you to see!
Not surprised they unlisted it, not only is the performance poor without FG but you can see artifacting around 7-8 in on the video on the screen with multiFG. "swarm of bees"

Ironically while dlss3 frame generation uses a hardware optical flow pipeline, dlss4 frame Gen uses a software AI model

This means in all likelihood, dlss4 with the 4x multi frame generation can run on RTX4000 and 3000 GPUs but Nvidia blocks it in software. There is no new hardware on the RTX5000 GPUs that restricts 4x frame generation to only the new cards, it's purely Nvidia greed

How long will it take for modders to mod the dlss files to unlock 4x frame Gen for all RTX cards? :D
I'm sure of someone can do it they will.

5090 now makes the 5080 a budget tier card

If you want top end performance, top end bragging rights, top end frames then you need a 5090

5080 is half the card as a 5090

(my theory based on nvidia prices)
