Judging by your specs, you spent the same to reach ~20fps natively...Really is insane spending £2k+ only to reach 28fps natively . And the game to me doesn't even look that good.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Whaat you were getting the 5090 last night lol. @TNA
Of course pure raster performance it will only be about 30 percent faster than a 4090 no one's gonna part with probably over 2000 pounds just for that so they have to have bit of exclusive software just for the 50 series a bit of a con really. So from everything i have read and watched it just seems more and more like the price tag of all the new series cards is pretty much for a bit of software that is effectively over inflating there numbers due to Multi Frame generation as the rasterisation perfomance uplift on each card does look to be only about 25-30% ish from there predeccessor.
That is if i am understanding frame generation correctly of course.
you are only counting the people who own a 4090 not the target audienceOf course pure raster performance it will only be about 30 percent faster than a 4090 no one's gonna part with probably over 2000 pounds just for that so they have to have bit of exclusive software just for the 50 series a bit of a con really.
He loves frame gen too much. When he see the cool kids with the high fps and will be locked out of the tech it will grate on him.
Don't forget the extra vram he loves these days.
Then one day we will get a post suddenly saying he found a 5090 on a good price and sold his 4090 at a very good price so upgrade cost was cheap.
That day the clown pic will do the rounds again. Might even update it
every generation upgrade I seem comments from people on previous gen saying there's no need to upgrade same happened with the 9800x3d and 7800x3d owners commented the same. Like you say they aren't the target.you are only counting the people who own a 4090 not the target audience
I can imagine tons of people will buy it who still use a 3090 and have cash to spare

Yup agree with these sentiments: target audience is 30 series owners and @mrk

Looks very good indeed
Raises hand. A colleague with a 3080 is also upgrading.I can imagine tons of people will buy it who still use a 3090 and have cash to spare
