NVIDIA 5000 SERIES - ***NO COMPETITOR HINTING***

To potentially lose a sale? Seems like a terrible plan...
Before it was 5090 first choice, 5080 second choice... Now it's 5090 first choice.. nothing or maybe even AMD second choice. They must have some marketing GENIUSES ;)
im locked into NVIDIA because of cuda and AMDs lack of support for ML research, its a 5090 or nothing

well i bought the cable for the 5080 , the 2 into 1 to the card , think i'll leave it there not paying +£800 to +£950 on top for a waterblock pre installed

I was thinking of getting a 5080 a few weeks ago, but after all the reviews of the 5080 and only having 16GB of Vram. I have decided to upgrade to an OLED monitor instead.
I think this will end up being the route I take once AMD disappoint in a couple months.

Just seen the pricing and... Umm... no and, not this again?

"Gently pats the rig, oh well... another few years left in ya yet!" ;)

I'll keep my sapphire 7900xtx nitro absolute brilliant card for the £900 I paid, still plays my games above 100fps. Just bought the Asus 32" 4k OLED which is like a graphics upgrade in itself.

There's actually only one person in this pic, the other three are artificially generated.

It is hilarious that 5090 prices aren’t up anywhere. Any stock on site for the launch will have been paid for by the retailer and so the selling price will be known. It is just whoever can blink last.
