Hey Peeps,
I thought you guys might get a laugh out of this! My brother was looking at buying a "gaming" pc on the well known auction site and for £400 he was offered an Athlon 2.2ghz dual core and an Nvidia 610 GPU which would,and I quote,destroy BF3 on high settings @1080p!
Now, I could not resist this and emailed the guy to say that if in fact it could not run BF3 on high could I get a refund under the trade descriptions act? His response was to change the card to a .........5450 lol which would then be "overkill". It made me a bit mad that this may be peoples first experience of pc gaming and would leave a very sour taste in their mouths so I sent him a few benchmarks and he now says that his "pc expert" has been sacked and his listings have been removed!
