I'm currently doing some upgrades to my brothers company computers and have my eye set on half a dozen ocuk 7600 gfx (or something similar) but i was wondering can i run dual vga monitors off said cards? ie do 7600's come with a dvi-vga dongle?

any help greatly appreciated.

Most cards that only have DVI connectors on the actual cards come with at least 1 DVI - Dsub connector.

However do the company computers actually require a 7600 series card?

I would have thought (although it depends on what they use them for) that something like the X1300 would be enough for general office duties.

Who said they were for general office duties? A x1050 would do for general office duties ;) rich media application development company, 1300's dont fit the developers requirements.
