Hi all

Will this card run BF3 as this is the best card I have. (Nvidia 7800 GTX)

Was running it on my nvidia 320M (mbp pro i7) and it ran OK at 1024x768 @ LOW

?

My best PC is a [email protected]/2GB how will this handle it ?

I should imagine not well, this will also partly depend on your expectations.

No reason why not at that res, the game is very scalable so with detail settings low it should run. Might be a good time for an upgrade though, lots of good games imminent that warrant spending a few quid on hardware.

Is BF3 not DX10 and above only?

what's the cheapest best budget card then for a E6xxx C2D to run BF3 with

Pretty sure you need a newer version of shader model than the 7800 supports but not 100% on that.
