Hi all,
I've just bought an OCUK 7900GS 256, and I noticed a bit of a strange thing while running 3D Mark 05 (and 06). When the "canyon run" sequence is displayed, the ship is not rendered properly. In some shots it is just a mass of large triangles and the like, this is mainly in the close ups. The rest of the tests are rendered correctly, as far as I can see. As is the the shots in the canyon that are not close up.
I running 93.71 drivers, tho' it did the same thing with the prevoius drivers. It's PCI-E running on an Asrock 775 VSTA mobo, which restricts the PCI-E to 4X.
Anyone else noticed this.
Also, the VDO tool that is supplied with the card has a function to requlated the fan speed. This does not seem to have any effect, again anyone else experienced this?
Regards,
Whammer
