NVidia 7900GTX - overheating?

Hi all,

i've got the above card in a well air-cooled system. After gaming for 3/4 hours i sometimes see "black" areas in my 3D world, mainly in BF2. Any idea what this can be? Could it be overheating of my card?
 
Check the temps out in the Nvidia Control panel quickly after a game. My GTO overclocked beyond GTX speeds never went over 55-60c when gaming.

Are you running the latest drivers? anything on your system overclocked? Is it just with BF2?
 
Good idea, i'll check the temps after playing. Nothing overclocked. I updated the drivers not so long ago (couple of weeks).

It only happens after playing for longer time. I only play BF2 for this kind of time-periods. Not noticed in other games/apps at all.
