About the same, but with DX10. The parallel is (almost) x1800 XT Vs. x1950 Pro. Two cards, one newer than the other with lower power requirements, but basically the same fps.
 
I guess for older games the performance be the same as a 7900GTX but with newer games that are designed with the newer tech in mind it will be faster.
