Whats the best driver to use?
I noticed omega have stopped support and was wondering if theres anything similar used nowadays.. cheers.

I'm using the 169.28 drivers for XP 32bit which have been developed for those having problems with UT3. Seems to work great for me :)

If it makes a diff my sys specs are

Intel® Core™ 2 Quad Q6600 Quad Core Processor(2.4GHz,8MB Cache,1066MHz)
Genuine Windows Vista™ Home Premium Edition (32bit)
PCI-Express Mainboard - SLI nForce 650i SLI(C55) - Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad-Core - ATX
OCZ 2GB DDR2 900MHz Memory -( 2x 1GB Kit)
512MB nVIDIA GeForce 8800GT - Dual DVI, HDTV, TV Out
22" Iiyama ProLite E2202WS, 5ms Widescreen Digital & Multi Media TFT Display
Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Sound Card (oem)

I have just gone from the 169.02's to the 169.21's.

I had a few issues with the 02's (Test Drive Unlimited, Chronicles of Riddick crashes the biggest problem). Since going to the 169.21's everything has been running great.

I am not sure how they compare performance wise (not had a chance to bench yet) but for stability and reliability (so far) the 169.21's have been great for me.

So who's voting to be the guinea pig?. Loadsa looks the favourite :D. I'm too busy being lazy with my herbal helper.

/points at Loadsa - I'm rebuilding and overclocking a new system this weekend, possible driver instability is the last thing I need, otherwise I'd volunteer :P

Well ive just tryed Crapsis, CoD4, Stalker, Bioshock and Episode2 (as those are the only games ive got installed at the mo), and all ran fine, don't seem bad drivers these. :)

Thanks Loadsa :). (lol @ Crapsis)

Sounding good so far. Any improvement in 3dmarks?. I know it's no reflection on gaming performances but always nice to know.

I aint done know benchmarks but the omega drivers seem to be able to hold fps above 120 on ocd4 @ 1680 x 1050. Impressed with them ill try Cry-sis (lol i found another funny name????) in abit
