Nvidia 8800GT, Nvidia Control Panel has no "Performance" options

My first decent-spec Nvidia card so bear with me please :)

Just installed a Zotac 8800GT in my new Shuttle, it's idling at about 60C which I'm not massively happy about. I've read that like ATI the default fan duty settings can be a little conservative (29%?) so I figured I'd try and up the default fan duty a bit.

Saw a screenshot on the web about where I needed to change it only to find that when I open Nvidia Control Panel I don't have the same options available even in advanced mode - I don't have a "Performance" (where the fan settings apparently are) tab at all.

Is there something I need to do beyond installing the drivers to get this to appear?

(I don't think I need Rivatuner at this time by the way, just looking for a simple fix to raise the idle duty)

Is nTune something I can just install, enable options, and uninstall? I'm not going to be overclocking it or anything - just want to change fan settings.

Can I not change a registry setting to enable the options instead?

Your not happy with that?

My first 8800gt (80mm? fan) used to idle at 80' and load at 95' in a well cooled case and my second 8800gt (new revision with 92mm? fan) used to idle at 65' and load with 80'.

I don't know, is it good? Intuitively 60C idle seems kinda high?

Like I said, first Nvidia card so I don't really have a frame of reference.
