My own 8800 GTS I am very happy with. But then, if it was the ATI cards that were out now, and NV was like a fish out of water, then you can bet I would have gone with ATI.

Brand Loyalty for the loss TBH when it comes to PC's.

I don't think brand loyalty on PCs is all that prevalent. I remember everyone going for the 'underdogs' AMD when they first rolled out their AMD Athlon range. Now those same guys are on the Intel Core 2 Duo boat.

Same for the ATi X1900 users. They all have 8800GTS' now. Me included.

To a degree you are right, and that is a good thing. But there are still those that seem to do it.

Still it is not like the console section of the forum. I have to be honest, I hate going there now. It is always pretty much "PS3 sucks cause it doesnt make toast LOL" "360 sucks because it doesn't wash my clothes" and so on...
