Been using 'OOS shut up 10' successfully for years. Pretty sure they do an 11 version. Need to reapply each time after YOU'VE updated windows. Can turn off all telmetry - you are in control fully of all updates.

Yep, covers W11 too now.

I've had to combine OOS Shut Up 10 with Windows Update Blocker to make 10/11 somewhat close to useable absolute trash tier development from the Windows team.

Having to rely on 3rd party tools, with the potential security concerns of that, just to get a normal working desktop experience is bang out of order.

use nvcleaninstall you can still use that but disable the nvidia telelemtry **** that was hogging your cpu

I was referring to the fact that because of it I already installed the hotfix, so didn't have the bug in the first place
