I may possibly have this issue. Noticed my fans are a little louder after updating to latest drivers over the weekend, but not outside of games. I've been doing some 3D modelling which can up the usage depending what I'm doing however even after closing it seems to idle high. I haven't bothered to look at CPU usage so will take a look tonight.

Seen people having this issue on Warzone. It’s causing high temps slso apparently.
