Nvidia alternative to ATITOOLS?

ATITools allows you to do some pretty nifty things to your graphics such as depth of field etc etc.

Is there an Nvidia equivalent to this software?
 
Try NV inspector or nhancer.

For oc just use afterburner. Rivertuner is also good but I don't think it supports the latest fermi cards too well.
