Nvidia and AMD DX12 Feature Levels ?

Just found a chart on Guru3D and wanted peoples input when it comes to feature levels.

Apparently the likes of the Fury X or any GCN 1.3 GPU is compatible with feature level 3 of DX12 where as Nvidias 980 Ti/Titan X is only compatible with feature levels 1 and 2.

Any truth to this ?

No. Binding tier isn't the same as feature level. Ti and titan have the highest feature level support, there are things on that chart listed as GCN compatible when it isn't. Conservative rasterisation is Maxwell only iirc, for example.

Paid Nvidia lobbying groups.
they are rampant on many various forums especially here.

So a paid Nvidia group made a chart to make AMD look better by stating they have more support than Nvidia ? Makes as much sense as the Pope wearing a mankini and dancing to the Macarena
