Nvidia and HDMI out less colour range

Its certainly a trend lately :( that monitor manufacturers are increasingly only including DVI on their high end models and a lot of monitors that previously only had a single DVI input or DVI and VGA now are being replaced with models that only have HDMI, still plenty of DVI representation with current mainsteam models though.

Getting a bit sick and tired of the whole connection standard mess.
