Too many to choose from.Had major problems with SLI of GTX 460's, so am going to pay a bit more on a higher end single card.Any recommendations that would suit my rig without any bottlenecking? Thanks in advance.
Would prefer nVidia but open to persuasion.

You can graduate to the 580, but to remain within budget you'll need to only consider the 1.5gb versions. If you don't run high levels of AA / apply high res textures / apply demanding mods / intend to purchase a higher resolution monitor in the nearer future, then 1.5gb should be fine.

Yeah I can imagine them coming down in price when the new ATIs are released and I always tell myself to wait... "they will only become cheaper". But its always gonna be the case whenever you buy.

Need to take the plunge soon though, my current GPU has served me well but its age is showing.

Thanks for all replies. Thinking of getting one of these two.

MSI Geforce GTX 580 OC Twin Frozr II 1536MB GDDR5 £389.99

Should run Skyrim quite nicely.
