Well, I've got the NVIDIA 8500GT and only lately, when i open the device manager, I'm getting a Code 43 problem. I fixed it for a bit last night but now it won't even go to log in screen. If there's anything you guys could suggest it'd be greatly appreciated.

uninstall current drivers, then use a program like driver sweeper to get rid of any other nvidia software that is still on your system, reboot, reinstall latest drivers,
should sort it out

I pretty much tried everything listed in a forum post which involved;
-Going into Safe Mode
-Uninstalling the Drivers
-Running Driver Sweeper
-Rebooting as normal
-Installing the drivers
-Rebooting as normal
After these steps they said it would work, they were correct however, it only worked for a few hours. I then searched up youtube for fixes and they said I might as well kiss it goodbye so ... :/
