Nvidia colour settings reset on reboot ):

I take these are the desktop color settings? Mine save fine on the same drivers as you. This seems to be a common issue coming up from time to time, try reinstalling the drivers and follow this guide, it seems to have solved the problem for a few people.
 
same with my gtx570, its a right pain in the arse, youd think they would sort it ,but its been going on for ages, was same with my gtx460 as well
