And tbh mate, reading his post almost gave me a headache. I know english isnt his first language but crickey if your gonna post garbage, at least make it readable.:D

The videos were the most interesting part. How did his 450 not run out of vram? Unless he was secretly using a different gpu.

If this has any semblance of truth to it (of which im very skeptical) then you can be sure that AMD will be just as guilty. If a 450 can have this sort of performance then a similarly priced/performance AMD card would also be as capable, you'd think.

Nvidia screwing over the consumer? frankly I wouldn't be surprised if they are.
Think many people have suspected as much thinking it has always been the case that Nvidia not wanting to give more performance than neccessary on their hardware to their users. Take the "miracle driver" for example...if not for the pressure from Mantle and the Hawaii GPUs, I wonder would it had even seen the light of day at all. They manage to rush this out within 1-2 months, but couldn't over the period of the 1-2 years that people have owned the GTX600 and GTX700 series

I think he may be completely mad, but i asked him to run fraps anyway just incase. :D

The fact you said may speaks many words lol

And that 'miracle driver' puts the 290 in the dirt in a lot of tests, Marine. Where that performance comes from is of no concern really. :D

Right...so much so that people wouldn't be able to tell and would struggle to tell the difference even with the fps counter on. However one difference that people could easily tell though without the assist of tool is the price tags :D

Bottomline is that practises such as this artificially slowing down the progression of GPU performance as a whole (as if it hadn't been slow enough for the pass few gens already), which would only be a bad thing for end-users may it be Nvida or AMD users.
