NVidia Control Panel Problem

Hey guys, got a bit of a problem with the NVidia control panel, basically it wont load up :( Tried a few diff versions of the drivers and I am currently using the 158.22 set in xp but no matter what I do the problem persists.
I have used driver cleaner etc to try and give it a fresh driver but nothing.
I installed NTune and yes it loaded up....however the 3d settings are absolutely nowhere to be found, only the tuning settings.

Any ideas?
 
The only thing I can suggest is perhaps removing them again, run driver cleaner, then check under your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder for any like "nvcpl.dll" files or similar and try deleting them manually.

I had an issue where I was running an older version of the CP and I could not get rid of it, in the end i had to format the PC to do a clean install.

So try running driver cleaner again and see if any files are left over.

You are running driver cleaner in safe-mode yea? :)
