Nvidia crashes Media Player

Lo all,

I've just re-installed windows because of this problem and it's still going on.
Basically Windows media Player 10 restarts my computer with now stop errors as soon as I try and play any media with it. Windows error report says it's a driver problem and when I have my graphics card drivers uninstalled it works fine.
mp3's play fine through I tunes and video through realplayer so its not the media thats at fault.

I've tried

84.21.v2
84.21.0
77.77

it does the same thing with all three versions.

Can anyone help other than suggesting not using media player?

People were having the problem with 84.21s which weren't d/l'd from the nVidia homepage - where'd yours come from?
