Nvidia CustomDSRTool

Hi, using "CustomDSRTool" which adds custom DSR resolutions, so you can have 8k DSR resolution. It works great, however NVIDIA CP is randomly deleting custom set resolutions which were set by the tool.

Does anybody know how to set it permanently, is there any possible registry edit?
Could the registry be set to read only or something similar, so it doesn't change? It literally changes everyday, so it's annoying.

If anybody can share opinion, it would be awesome.

Why not just use the customise option within NVCP itself?

I've been using it for years, works fine.

The only time it gets wiped is if you do a clean installation of Nvidia drivers, so I have made a note of what I use for the occasional time i do that.

Not possible to go above 4K if you are using 1080p TV or monitor, it's the old Nvidia limitation, that's why there is a CustomDSRTool, but it keeps deleting registry settings and that's why I am asking for a solution.

What if you disable Nvidia service or put it on manual?
