Nvidia display driver has stopped responding

Hi guys

Ever since i got my new gtx 560ti ive been getting that message

The screen goes blank for around 5 seconds and then i get the message saying its stopped working

I can still browse the web but videos etc will not play

when i attempt to play a vid the system will lock up

Ive tried different video drivers, used driver sweeper but the problem still remains

its happeng at least once every day

Any ideas guys?

IS you're PSU upto snuff? If it is then this is a general problem people have been having and NVIDIA are working on a fix. To some extent some of the recent betas did fix the issue but there are others with it.

if you're using beta drivers, id blame them, happened every 5 minutes to me until I went back to 285.79, try those

im on the latest drivers

not the beta drivers

i had problems with the latest ones too as well as beta ones, try going back to 285.79 and see if it still does it

Latest drivers have now fixed my problem
