Nvidia driver 186.16 error

Hello

after installing the new 186.18 drivers I get this error on boot up.

my current NVCPL.DLL is dated 01/05/2009 8.15.11.8585. It does not seem to cause any problems.

So I uninstalled everything and went back to 185.85 and I still get the same error. Looks like some kind of registry key missing.

Any ideas ?

Try installing driver sweeper (link below) then uninstall all nvidia stuff starting with stereo3D then physx and finaly nvidia drivers, boot into safe mode and run driver sweeper and clean the stereo3D (if available), physx and nvidia, reboot into normal mode and try to install the nvidia drivers again.
