NVidia driver profiles

does anyone use the profiles on the NVidia drivers ?

I never touch them, I always set the Global Settings "profile" depending on what game or if im benchmarking. Eg, AA ON/OFF or Application controlled, and Image Quality etc but I never touch the advanced settings in there.

Is it worth using the profiles?, also does anyone change the Advanced options ?
I tried different Sli Rendering techniques but non seem to make a difference to fps.

yea Im not into the new style interface, Im back on classic view - also I couldn't find half the settings!, a step backwards NVidia
