Nvidia driver stopped responding

Its a evga and still under warranty how could I test to see if it's failing ? Also it's got a full waterblock on it would evga still take it back I am trying to hold out for the next gen cards if I did rma it would have to stick the stock back on but then no PC for a bit I'd go crazy ha ohhhhh the price of ****
