nVidia Drivers instlation - help..

Howzit Guys,

I've downloaded the Nvidia drivers for my new Linux (Ubuntu 7:10) setup. However when I double click them not much happens. Does anyone know how to install these drivers?

I cannot connect Internet to my Linux setup for now. So I need an offline installation, if possible?

I will have Internet very soon on the Linux. Just waiting for a new router and network card.
