Hi all,

How do I check the version of the nVidia drivers in Mac OS X?

I think they just automagically come down during an update.

Yeah it just picks them for its self, magic really that its something you dont have to wrry about

Not sure you can but it doesn't matter anyway. As Oxy says, forget about driver revisions, they're irrelevant.

I don't think they're irrelevant, just less of an issue than on PCs. There must be improvements from one release to another...

Hands up, anyone who has ever had to do anything whatsoever to do with video drivers on their Mac, ever at all, ever.

*looks around*

Just as I thought. You may now know what version they are but as Apple never give any details about specific improvements or changes in drivers unless it's a particular fix for something they it's really of no use knowing. They might get updated with a patch to OS X but looking at the date above then my reaction is a big 'meh'

Apart from custom cards (GTX280, etc) there are no driver releases for OS X.

You don't need to worry about it.
