Ok, i currently game at 1080p, would it be worthwhile using the DSR which Nvidia brought out, just curious to see if it would be worthwhile and if anyone else uses it.

I use it in slightly older or less demanding games and it makes a pretty massive improvement to image quality. As an example, I used DSR x4.00 (3840x2160) in Skyrim and I never go below 60fps, even with x4 MSAA enabled too. I've also used it on the STALKER games and get similiar results whilst maintaining 60fps.

You just have to give it a try, nothing to lose really as all it does it just allows you to select higher resolutions in games. If a game runs to slow, just go back to 1080p or whatever your native res is.

Apart from the inevitable drop in performance, the only issue you may encounter is HUD scaling issues, which depends entirely on the game. For example, Skyrim scales everything perfectly, wheres Stalker does not.
