Released today and for all intents and purposes appear to be identical to the BETAs recently released. Not sure if some of the issues with those have been fixed though.

This is a WHQL-Certified driver for GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, and 200-series desktop GPUs and ION GPUs.

New in Release 190.38
Adds support for OpenGL 3.1
Adds support for CUDA 2.3 for improved performance in GPU Computing applications. See CUDA Zone for more details.
Adds a new user-controlled power management setting for select GeForce 9-series and later graphics cards (cards must already support more than one power state). This option allows users to set a performance level for each DirectX or OpenGL application.
Includes several new control panel features and numerous bug fixes. More information can be found in the release documentation.

Please post your experiences here for other users so we can see if the problems still exist.

I was going to post this at lunch today but thought "na" :p will post results when I get home as I have the BETA version at the moment and already noticed the extra menu options and features.

Well I've installed with no problems so far, still disappointed I can't turn down the clocks and power for watching video etc with WMC. The card is always in maximum then, and these power options aren't really that useful beyond that for me.

I'll try to post on in-game performance as I try some out.

Cause a hard reset after locking up with looping sound on my 9600gt laptop, this happens almost instantly when playing l4d survival...ahh well back to the trusty old 175.90.

Damn, i'll try out a source game now. What's wrong with the 186 releases?

EDIT: I'm not experiencing any problems with Source engine games with my GTX280. This may be a problem with older hardware then.

Wow seriously messed up here...

FC2 in SLI mode the image is frozen with random bursts of updates - inbetween just bars going accross teh screen like you see on videos of CRT monitors.

ArmA2 performance has dropped around 30% and it sticks on a black screen where the 3D image should be for ages on first starting up (menu is drawn and working fine).

DOD:S Goes very stuttery almost immediatly - haven't tried L4D yet.

Going back to 186.

I guess this set were done by the same muppets who made the 185 debacle.

crap driver...back to 186.18

What problem are you having?

Well no surprises then that it's suffering the same issues as the BETA since there are no apparent changes, and there is just days separating their availability.

I have no serious issues with it yet, though I am yet to check general performance/frames. No locking up or anything like that. One thing I did notice was that when I lock my computer and enter the password, on getting back to the desktop the resolution changes down to 800x600. No idea if this was an issue before though, I only locked it by accident. Can anyone else confirm this?

Must be some changes from the beta, the beta ran ok for me except that all games became stuttery after an hour or so of playing. The WHQL is a different story - games that do work become stuttery in 5 minutes tops.

Good to see nothings changed on the 2D clocks. I'm on Windows 7 x64 and I'm yet to see a single driver release from Nvidia that actually allow my GTS 250 to drop to the 2D clocks and voltages set in it's BIOS, leading to a massive waste of electricity and increase in heat.

Pretty **** poor effort from them imo.
