Custom waterblocks are a bit more efficient than AIO coolers.

Sorry to say,but you screen just show up the max CoreCLK,can you confirm with the cursor?Or better if you can make a picture from MSI AB.The Witcher 3 is the most power hungry game what i ever seen.My TitanX Maxwells easy peak at 350-400W,nothing to do with the temp even on AIO or full cover blokk can handle it below 60Cdegrees (its a first trhottle point),its just become power limited by bios, and thats my point thats why i linked the german video, not about the cooling, its about the power limit. And your gpu-z screen the perf cap reason is most of the time green, witch is the power limit,so im pretty sure about your card throttled a lot down.

Not going to post endless pics to please you.

You said I would have a problem with Witcher 3 doing the same as before and I have proved you wrong.

I watched that video and spotted what the guy was doing wrong, did you?

Get those Firestrike Benchmarks in Troops :D

I think you've got a busy weekend coming up @Kaapstad :p

Deffo going to wait for a custom cooled card. Chewed away at me last night whilst at work but I can wait 3 weeks ish
Same here Gregster, was chomping at the bit like you, but watching some reviews last night still seems the coolers a bit naff. I'm moving house and will be closer to my PC than before so don't think I can deal with the noise when it's going full pelt.

Mine have just been delivered by parcelforce, great news considering last night it looked as though they wouldn't ship until today, going to get the installed in a sort while...

Our driver has left the depot and your parcel is on schedule for delivery today.
:D
Like someone said in the other thread, going to leave the stock cooler on to make sure everything works and block it up in a few days. Hopefully the Predator 240 will manage (it does at the mo with the 980ti)

Anyone here planning on sticking with the FE cooler? Still debating whether to get one, but the potential throttling concerns me (no watercooling here)

Same here. I believe FE should be fine, even if they won't keep highest clocks during long gaming sessions, they will still perform around speeds we see in reviews, right?

Also, can we have some kind of definite confirmation that none of 3rd party coolers cards will show up today/next week?

I will be. I have a m-ATX case with traditional front to back airflow, so I want to try out a blower (currently I have an ACX which dumps into the case).

So I don't want to hear any talk of how great the AIB coolers are.

Delivery status changed to out for delivery. :)

Same, the amount of times I've bought reference or a Titan and then had to ghetto water cool it just to keep it cool when clocked xD Gonna hold out for a card I can live with for a while.

Few weeks won't kill me to wait... I can do this... Urm yeah.. Easy...
