its not hard, no. However RGB still affects the bomb cost. it be nice if They offered a version without RGB & put those costs into something worth while.

its not going to happen, but it should. or even just make it cheaper.

The stock cooler is noisy and can/will mask the whine. Best way to test is to load up the gpu with a stress test with something like Heaven and see what the card sounds like before the fan spins up.

If there isn't any whine then that's good.

I wish it was as easy as that but it is my suspicion that even of they were to do that now they would charge more for the stealth black edition than the Christmas tree version
