**Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Thread**

such a kid!

but me too, i think mine will be here next week, only picked up from Hong Kong Yesterday
Absolutely. A good time for some decent testing next week as well, as I am on 5pm - 1am shifts and generally finished around 23:00, so plenty of playtime.

the sad thing was the main reason to get the Ti
was to have a quieter PC lol (had 1080 FE) But Perf improvement will be nice too :)

I dont see why not. Fe cards can hit it fine but because of the power limit throttle down. Aib cards tend to have a higher power limit. So shouldn't have same issue.

Its temps not power limit. After 32c for every 10C hotter the card runs the boost is dropped by 14Mhz. Its dead easy to keep them at 2.1Ghz if you can keep them cool enough.

Have to say, there's quite a bit of weight to this Eiswolf GPX block.. It's even heavier than the rad which i didn't expect. Then again i guess most GPU's with beefy aftermarket coolers are usually a bit of a lump anyway.
