NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Issue

I will let the videos do the talking but I get this pretty frequently. I will admit it only really happens in Counter Strike: Global Offensive, normally the game freezes for around 20 seconds, including all system sounds, TeamSpeak and can't tab between programs. If it takes any longer then the PC normally reboots itself and no errors ever come up. The PC is never overheating and it is completely clean on the inside.
I had a long period where it stopped doing this and it's just started to happen again this week.
I have tried installing old drivers, installing new, re-installing steam, re-installing windows and nothing works. Any ideas?

Does your motherboard have Realtek onboard sound by any chance?

My GENE V plays horribly with my GPU if I use HDMI with the Realtek driver installed. Lots of flickering, black screens and 'driver has stopped responding and has recovered' messages.

Funnily enough I think this has worked. I have played today and nothing has happened so hopefully this is it! Thank you!
