Nvidia Gpu,s on 790fx AMD board. Physx

I,m looking to have a play with some bits i have stashed away. I,m looking at getting a 790fx motherboard with mulitple PCi-e connectors.
My big question is, I have a 460 GTX which i intend to use as my main GPU, I also have a 9800 gt that i was going to install to run Physx. Can this be done on the AMD chipset board....

As long as you don't want to run sli you should be fine.
