Nvidia GTX 1060 upgade?

Hi all, a mates son is currently using an Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB and wants a new graphics card for his birthday any idea what he should consider buying? His favourite game is Fornite. Think they are looking to spend around £300.

Might be worth giving us a bit more information about the screen res and PC spec as both my sons play Fortnite on max settings with a GTX 1060 6gb on a 75mhz 1080p monitor with an i5 8500 CPU and their frame rate is smooth and it plays fine. A faster card wont necessarily improve Fortnite. Maybe ask why he wants a better card. Might turn out rest of his PC is naff and holding it back!
