I won't post it again, but honestly, the prices of these cards is quite disgusting. I can't believe that Nvidia is that ignorant that they're not in the slightest trying to be competitive on pricing to ATi, I can't fathom where or why they are doing this.

Probably becuase its costing them so much to produce assuming the rumours of very low yields are true. Also they know theres gonna be the diehard fanboys that will only buy a nvidia product regardless.

Yeah but remember the 260/280 launch, where nVidia were forced to reduce prices after just a few short weeks :D
 
Tried to order a GTX 470 and my card issuer declined it, wonder what happend there, got enough to buy two 480s? bit random, anyway really looking forward to the reviews :).
