NVIDIA GTX 470 for video rendering?

I've been doing some research, and based on the motherboard I want, I'm sure it states I can run 3 graphics cards together?

If that's the case (for the time being), is it best to get 2x NVIDIA GTX 470's or a cheap 2nd hand Quadro FX 4800?

It be used mainly for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 video work, and photoshop/lightroom photo editing. Cheers.
 
CS5 can only use one card, so having two won't give you anything, however an FX4800 is just a GTX285 under the hood with a fancy firmware and drivers, so a GTX470 will be faster
 
The nvidia site only states (for consumer cards) the 470, could I technically get the nvidia 580 card for more cores, this will work fine I'm assuming right?
