I repeat, if it remotely resembles that pic, how the heck are you going to fit a water block to it?

And you see that as a bad thing? I for one like the constant updates and improvements. Helps keep my 4870X2 faster than the rest

I am all but certain there was a water block for the 9800GX2. This has the same cooler (or it looks a lot like it), so I would assume the same one.

Missing the point, see the final line of my reply, which isn't the case with the x2, something you overlooked. Not getting into a debate over it and the countless topics on here speak for themselves.

Love the graphs as ever especially laytes. Guess we will wait and see soon enough, if the milks sour i'm not the type of pussy to drink it, increasingly if the price is insane

Differences in the benchies given, imho, look a bit too good to be true. It may work out a better card than the 4870X2 but not by that much I'm sure. Something to do with nvidia's die cast perhaps?

Double the FPS of a 4870x2 in some games, up to 50% in others.. I'll take two pinches of salt please.

$500 base price, + VAT%, + Bring British Tax, + Dodgy conversion rate + OcUK premium = £675ish.

Tri-SLI of those at over £2k ?

Yea they never show the actual FPS. Crysis Warhead is like 8% faster, great no single card will run crysis well. Maybe SLI will help :confused:

Atleast we can play HL2 at some stupendous rate :confused:

Who seriously believes benchmarks from ATI and Nvidia. You would have to be pretty stupid. I will wait to see what the previews and reviews show.

4x faster in FC2? But only slightly faster in Warhead. Where the hell did they get that from. LOL.

I don't even understand that graph, half life 2 running exactly the same as crysis warhead on an 4870x2? Yes, that's very accurate.
