I can't say I have any problems with hitching or stuttering, my OC 980 GTX has been fantastic, yet there is an issue according to this thread

I want congratulate everyone in this thread, the attention got has caused intel and microsoft to tweak the timer resolution. The intel tech access is no longer.

The problem is now in QA testing and there will be a hotfix driver soon, the nvidia rep said on nvidia forum.

Anyone know of what this is about? Anyone else have this issue as I don't?
