nVidia nTune

I have an Asus M2N-MX motherboard, and there is no overclocking feature in BIOS, So I'm clocking using nTune. I was wondering, If my system becomes unstable and won't boot into windows, how do I fix this, as I can't change anything in BIOS, would a CMOS reset work?

Seems odd there is no "overclocking" features in the bios, and i wouldnt use nTune to overclock as it killed me old pc

Yeah I couldn't see one in BIOS, so I went to google, and people's reviews said theres no options. If not nTune, then what? nTune is really simple.
