nvidia or ATI with P5K DLX?

Any suggestions for a gfx card for the following system:

Mobo: P5K DLX
CPU: Q6600
RAM: pc5300 (4 x 1gb)

I'm looking to spend around £150/£200. Will be gaming, UT2k4 (maybe 2k7 when it finally comes out). dual monitor would be good, although i usually clone so could get away with splitting at a push....

Since I can't see any 2900XTs in your budget the decision pretty much makes itself, an 8800GTS is your best option in the budget.
