Nvidia Overscan/underscan settings?

I have a monitor with a black line around the edges of the screen.

From what I've gathered i need to change underscan to overscan in the nvidia control panel, however, I cannot find this option.

Any ideas?

I've never needed to use those with a desktop monitor! What screen are you using, what interface connection and what resolution & refresh rate have you got it set at?
