nVidia "Play full screen game in a window" Utility?

I came across this image a few weeks ago on some forum somewhere:

Now I'm fairly sure the guy was just playing CS in windowed mode and his windows xp had an nVidia theme, BUT I wanted to make sure that this was the case, and that I wasn't missing out on some funky nVidia tool not many people know about

I think having a utility that could emulate "fullscreen mode" in games while still being able to minimise and browse the net/chat/irc/etc without faffing around with the usual annoyances involving minimising full screen games would be pretty sweet

Looks like a nvidia theme. But if you want games to be windowed add -w to the end of the target.

Nope, Call of Duty 2 doesn't work. But most of them do and its the only way that i know of atm.

That doesn't always work either.
Test drive unlimited works with -w but not alt+enter.
Basically its a bit hit and miss.

I don't understand why you don't just run in window mode like you first said.
