wow! I currently have a 480 gtx - so for 1920x1080 120hz 3d gaming, would i be better buying the cheap 480 gtx and sli, or replace with 2 580 gtx's and sell my 480 gtx or waiting for new keplar single card which is likely to cost a premium?

KEPLER'S COMING! :D

(Well presumably to justify this drop)

Is this a permanent thing or temporary? Like are you selling however many units you have at this price, then going back to original price?

I'm still not sure the 570 is worth it over the 480s you just got in, but those 580s are tempting...

Seeing that AMD has dropped their dual-GPU solution I'm looking at either a couple cheaper GPUs (good price here but worried about heat issues on 3GB version - bench-loop it and prove how great it is please!) or Kepler soon. GPUs are still too expensive for what I have already which is decent for playing medium-to-high settings 1080p. And yeah, 3GB VRAM is essential going forwards so may revisit this page at a later date.

What about the standard 560TI 1GB and 2GB models?

There are a number of places that sell the MSI 560TI 2GB for £20-30 cheaper than here and have done so for the last few months.

Some of these reduced price cards are not on the 'this week only offers' so looks like a permanent (hopefully) price drop for some of em.
